Instructions for completing research ethics application forms

All questions on the application form must be completed.
Incomplete forms will be deemed invalid and will not be reviewed by the REC.
NB from 1. August 2024 only research ethics application form version 8.7.2024 will be accepted for review by the REC SUH.
All submissions / correspondence must be directed to the REC Administrator at office@ref-sligo.ie.
