The Clinical Audit Dept at SUH is organising the 7th Clinical Audit Forum on May 19 2017.
Posters & Oral Presentations : The Clinical Audit Day will include oral and poster presentations of clinical audits conducted at Sligo University Hospital.
If you are interested in presenting your audit, please email patriciaf.harte@hse.ie or marye.fitzpatrick@hse.ie with an expression of interest before May 1st 2017. Email must include authors, department and title of audit. Authors of posters must design their own posters. A0 templates are available on request.
